It’s that time of the year again when beautiful women battle it out in Bb Pilipinas to earn the right to represent the country in Miss Universe, Miss International and other global pageants.

What better way to kick this off by releasing our FIRST HOT PICKS.

Leading the pack at this stage is returning candidate Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. Being a runner-up to the 2013 queens and a semifinalist last year definitely gives Pia an advantage, making her an instant front-runner. With her stunning face, voluptous body and years of training to back her up, Pia can do no wrong.

Not far behind is another repeater, Hannah Ruth Sison. After missing the cut in 2013, Hannah bounced back strong by finishing 2nd runner-up last year. Now on her last attempt at clinching a crown, she is not leaving stones unturned. Experience, plus fresh look, plus her good communication skills make her an obvious contender for the crown.

Third on the list is Zamboangueña Nancy Leonard. This former Miss Philippines Earth elemental court winner definitely has the beauty, body and sophistication fit for a queen.

Fourth on the list is GMA-7 artist Teresita Sse Marquez. Popularly known as Wynwyn, she is the daughter of showbiz personalities Joey Marquez and Alma Moreno and niece of former Miss International Melanie Marquez.

Rounding up the Top 5 for now is Janicel Lubina. She was runner-up to Megan Young in Miss World Philippines 2013 and has a string of local pageant experience. Her svelte look and queenly frame surely make her standout.
