Antonella Paz Marìn was crowned Miss Earth Ecuador 2019 during the finals held August 10 at the Teatro Sanchez Aguilar in Samborondón.
The representative of Esmeraldas bested eight other candidates for the right to represent the South American nation at the 2019 Miss Earth finals in October in the Philippines.
“It is an honor for me to be the representative of my country and my city, and I guarantee that I will always give my best,” she wrote on Instagram.
Her elemental court included Ecuador (Miss Air), Daniela Bermeo (Miss Water), and Andrea Aguilera (Miss Fire).
