Angella Escudero San Martín, representing Piura, was crowned Miss World Peru 2019 during the finals held August 18.
She will represent the country at the 2019 Miss World finals in December in London. She also bagged the Best Face and Best Figure special awards.
Marjory Patino (Ucayali) placed first runner-up. Alejandra Caceres (Cajamarca) and Leticia Hurtado (La Libertad) were second and third runners-up, respectively.
