Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Miss World America 2020 held an all-virtual finals on October 16 with New York’s Alissa Anderegg winning the top plum.
The Alzheimer’s activist and social media manager bested 29 other candidates for the title and the right to represent the USA in the next edition of the Miss World finals.
“Oh my goodness. I am so honored to be your new Miss World America 2020! Long post coming soon, but thank you all for your unconditional support throughout the Miss World America process,” Anderegg posted on Instagram.
