Last month’s Miss Universe 2015 mess has finally found its closure as both Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and her first runner-up Ariadna Gutierrez of Colombia appeared in Steve Harvey’s show. Steve was all apologetic and was emotional. Tears swelled up in the eyes of the Miss Universe 2015 host aplenty times and even revealed that there were death threats to his family.
In a promotional video of the Steve Harvey show, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach was seen interviewed by Steve together with Miss USA Olivia Jordan. Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez was also on the show. All of the episodes will be aired in the US on January 18 and 19.
During the interview Pia urged Steve stop blaming himself for the snafu. “Don’t beat yourself up for this anymore. Come on. Let’s move forward, let’s be happy,” she said. The obviously relieved Steve recounts his harrowing. The host was all praises to Pia. Harvey said: “Pia! Pia! Let me tell you something. As strong as I try to be. Man, this has been a dog fight. It’s so crazy.”
Steve further said: “I want some healing to be done. For you and for Miss Colombia. I want that more than anything. So, thank you for coming. I thought you were (an) absolute class act. Absolute class act.”
