Experience is one key advantage that Chanel Beckenlehner has over the rest of Miss Universe Canada 2014 candidates. To start with, she already knew what Miss Universe Canada is all about. She had been a Top 12 semifinalists in 2009 and won the Miss Elegance and voted as the Audience Favorite. Standing 5’8″ high, this articulate beautiful young woman was already a semifinalist in a Big4 Pageant – at Miss International 2009! She was also the Canadian representative in an international pageant in China.
Chanel is part of the global trend wherein many young, dedicated and strong women of today’s pageantry world are refusing to give up and would courageously venture out and maximize their potentials.
