Evelyn Namatovu Kironde 🇺🇬
Leading the panel of judges is our very own Timeless Beauty 2019 Evelyn Namatovu Kironde of Uganda. She represented Uganda at the Miss International 2019 pageant where she finished as 2nd runner-up and was bestowed with Best in Swimsuit Award. She is a successful actress in her native Uganda winning several TV and film awards. She is best known for her role as Chelsea in popular TV show Prestige.
Tom of TPMUM 🇨🇦
Tom is a pageant expert and historian who has run the internationally renowned pageant website, Tom’s Page of Miss Universe Mania found at tpmum.com since 1998 making him one of the original pageant bloggers while the Internet was in its infancy. Over the past 30 years, Tom has studied pageantry extensively possessing one of the largest pageant video collections in the world and Tom has developed a large international following from fellow pageant enthusiasts who admire his writing skills posting pre-pageant and post-pageant commentaries using his vast pageant knowledge to honor notable pageant contestants and even display statistics of countries and states having the most titleholders in the MUO system in addition to contestant photo galleries and spotlight features.
Romyr Libo-on 🇵🇭
Romyr Libo-on is a veteran in the world of pageantry having handled various beauty pageants. He was the former National Director of Miss Universe Cambodia where he oversaw the revival of pageantry in that country. Currently, he is the National Director of Mister International Cambodia. He is also the CEO of RS Events and Entertainment.
