This traditional challenge at Miss World pageant which serves as a fast track to semifinals was modified this year. In previous editions of Miss World, contestants were grouped and the group winners will compete head-to-head. This time around, the contestants created a video focusing on United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal.
The first round saw 25 contestants advancing to the next round. The finalists are:

The final round was conducted at The Summit Room in Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Five contestants were selected as winners:
