67 Candidates of Miss International 2013 Beauty Pageant gathered today at the Tokyo/Ikebukuro campus of the Miss Paris School, a beauty and aesthetic school based in Japan, for the annual International Forum (I.F.). The school’s owner, Akemi Shimomura, is the current Chairperson of the Miss International Organization (MIO), and Miss Paris Corporation is one of the major sponsors of the pageant this year.
