As predicted by Missosology, Amanda Obdam was crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2020 in glittering finale held October 10 at the True Icon Hall in Iconsiam in Bangkok.

The Thai-Canadian model bested 28 other candidates for the title and the right to represent the Southeast Asian nation in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant. She received the crown from last year’s winner and Miss Universe 2019 Top 5 finalist Paweensuda Drouin.
Praveenar Singh finished first runner-up, while pageant veteran Punika Kulsoontornrut placed second runner-up.
Praewwanich Ruangthong (third runner-up) and Alexandra Haenggi (fourth runner-up) completed the rest of the Top 5.
