Emmaryn Djentuh will represent the Ghana at the 2020 Miss Earth virtual competition in November.
The 26-year-old professional model from Accra succeeds last year’s titleholder Abena Appiah.
“As an advocate for environmental protection and ambassador of Eco Earth Foundation Ghana, I urge us all to show more love to our planet through the tiny but greatest acts of hygiene; do not litter, use less or avoid plastics if you can; plant more and observe all Covid -19 safety protocols,” Djentuh posted on Instagram.
Djentuh is the president of Hearts Menders Christian Organization for nine years, an entity that helps the unprivileged in society usually making anonymous donations and grooming of young people.
