The representatives of Albania and Kosovo for the next edition of the Miss Universe competition were crowned on September 18 at the Adorions Palace in Tirana, Albania.
The Miss Universe Albania 2020 title went to Paula Mehmetukaj, a 22-year-old international business masters degree holder. She received the crown from last year’s titleholder Cindy Marina.
Meanwhile, 23-year-old model and architecture student Blerta Veseli bagged the Miss Universe Kosovo 2020 title. She succeeded outgoing titleholder Fatbardha Hoxha.
“Proud to represent my country at Miss Universe 2020. Many thanks for the great love and support you have given me,” Veseli posted on Instagram.
Also crowned in the same event was Erglina Kristo as Miss Charm Albania 2020.
