Valentina Perez is Miss Bolivia Tierra 2020

Promociones Gloria announced on September 11 the appointment of pageant veteran Valentina Perez Medina as Miss Bolivia Tierra 2020 .

The 22-year-old commercial engineering student from Chuquisaca will represent the South American country at the 2020 Miss Earth virtual competition in November.

This will be Perez’ second time to compete in a Big5 pageant. Last year, she was crowned Miss Bolivia Internacional and represented the country at the 2019 Miss International beauty pageant in Japan.

“Now I’m Miss Bolivia Earth and this gives me the opportunity to combine my passion with my mission, to be able to send the message that helping others is not difficult, you don’t need money or a degree, just the commitment and desire to make a difference.
That’s why I’m at Miss Earth,” Perez wrote on Instagram shortly after the announcement.
