Nelma Ferreira was crowned Miss Mundo Angola 2018 during the finals held September 22 at Tropical Cinema in the city of Luanda.
The 20-year-old representative of Benguela will now head on to compete at the 2018 Miss World pageant in December in Sanya, China.
Márcia Buambua (Huambo) and Miriam Conde (Cabinda) were first and second runners-up, respectively. A total of 18 contestants representing each country’s provinces participated in the pageant.
