A 23-year-old nurse from Donegal has been crowned this year’s Miss Universe Ireland during the finals held August 2 at Dublin’s Mansion House.
Grainne Gallanah has won over €40,000 in prizes and will go on to represent Ireland in Miss Universe 2018 to be held in Thailand on December 17.
She is no stranger to beauty pageants. She was crowned Miss Donegal 2016 and was a runner-up in Miss Earth Northern Ireland 2017.
