It was a “grand fans day” of sorts for Bb Pilipinas 2018 as throngs of supporters gathered at the Araneta Center in Quezon City for the highly anticipated annual parade of beauties held Saturday, March 10.
The candidates, clad in safari-themed swimwear, paraded around Araneta in Miata sports cars as their respective legions of supporters cheered them on.
The reigning queens Rachel Peters (Miss Universe Philippines), Mariel de Leon (Bb Pilipinas International), Chanel Olive Thomas (Bb Pilipinas Supranational), Katarina Rodriguez (Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental) and Elizabeth Clenci (Bb Pilipinas Grand International) also joined the parade.
After more than an hour of parading around Araneta, the candidates introduced themselves in front of the fans and members of the press at the Gateway Mall pavillion, where they were joined by the reigning queens and Bb Pilipinas Charities Inc chair Mrs Stella Marquez Araneta for more photo opportunities.
