Bb Pilipinas 2017 candidates were officially presented to the members of the press on Wednesday, March 22 at Novotel Manila Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City.
The 39 of the 40 initially announced candidates walked on stage wearing swimwear by Jeffrey Rogador and shoes by Jojo Bragais. They are: Dane Felisse Marasigan, Arienne Louise Calingo, Maria Gail Devora Tobes, Jessica Ramirez, Joselle Mariano, Ma Benjieleen Nama, Jennyline Carla Malpaya, Leitz Camyll Ang, Vanessa Saliba, Jehza Mae Huelar, Kimberly Pajares, Angelique Celine de Leon, Sirene Sutton, Sarah Jireh Asido, Mariel de Leon, Lara Grace Lacap, Camille Manalo, Nelda Ibe, Rachel Peters, Christagale Borja, Jamaica Ambal, Chanel Olive Thomas, Ara Salientes, Dindi Joy Pajares, Clarice Marion Villareal, Ruffa Nava, Beatrice Valente, Juliana Kapeundl, Karla May Manongsong, Mae Liezel Ramos, Katarina Rodriguez, Charmaine Elima, Kristi Rose Cequeña, Gabriela Ortega, Thoreen Deniega Halvorsen, Sammie Anne Legaspi, Ana Patricia Asturias, Elizabeth Durado Clenci and Kristel Guelos.
Binibini 36 Mae Lanie Chan is no longer part of the competition. Bb Pilipinas Charities Inc is yet to issue a statement regarding this matter and if she will be replaced or not.
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach graced the event, as well as other past and present Bb Pilipinas titleholders.

This year’s Miss Photogenic award will be more interactive as the public will have the chance to vote. Just go to bbpilipinas.com/vote or vote using the Bb Pilipinas mobile app, which can be downloaded via Android and iOs. The public vote will be added to the media’s vote cast during the press presentation.
Parade of Beauties and the annual Fashion Show will be held on April 22 and 23, respectively. The coronation night will be held on April 30 at the Araneta Coliseum. Missosology.Org
