Anthea Zammit from Zebbug was crowned Miss World Malta 2016 at the grand finale held tonight at the Pjazza Teatru Rjal in Valletta.
Jade Cini and Christa Formosa were first and second runners-up, respectively. Zammit will now go on to represent the Maltese islands in Miss World 2016.
On the same event, Timmy Puschkin was named Mr World Malta 2016. He is set to represent Malta in Mr World 2016 to be held next month in Southport, England.
