Pamela Valdivieso, 26 years of age representing the Ahuachapán Department, won the Miss Earth El Salvador 2016 title. She is the first officially crowned contestant for the next year’s edition of Miss Earth. Pamela was crowned in an event held in Saturday, August 22 at Auditorio Fepade.
El Salvador is yet to win the Miss Earth crown. Its best performance was in 2005. It was the year when Irma Dimas landed as one of the semifinalists in the pageant.
