Jaci Patrick was crowned the new Miss World Cayman Islands during the finals held September 7 at the Harquail Theatre.
The stunner from West Bay will head on to compete at the 2019 Miss World finals in London in December. She received the crown from outgoing queen Kelsie Woodman-Bodden.
Tatyana Salazar and Marlena Williams finished first and second runners-up, respectively.
