18th of March, 2016, Copenhagen – The 2016 Face of Denmark competition carries the rights to Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss International in Denmark. On Saturday, March 19th, the seventeen finalists for Miss Universe Denmark will be unveiled to the public. These women hail from all over Denmark and carry regional titles with pride.

This year, the Face of Denmark competition is collaborating with Støt Brysterne, to help ensure that the competition is seen as more than just beauty, but also confidence with the ability to connect with others. The women competing are aspiring actresses, politicians, scientists, educators, nurses, entrepreneurs and more. They come from diverse backgrounds and each have a unique story to tell.

The seventeen finalists must be between the ages of 18-26, have never undergone elective facial cosmetic surgery, have never posed fully nude, and must be ready to be examples for other young ladies. The objective of the competition is to find the Danish representatives to go abroad to Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss International. Since 2015, Miss Universe is no longer owned by the controversial Donald Trump, but by mega international talent management WME-IMG, based in the USA.
