Miss Russia 2023 is Margarita Golubeva representing St. Petersburg. She is expected to represent Russia at Miss Universe 2023 and Miss World 2023. She is 22 years of age and is currently studying at the Russian Customs Academy and at Moscow State Institute of Culture at the Faculty of Musical Arts.
Elizaveta Dudina of Tolyatti is the first runner-up while Lyubov Khokholova of Yakutia is the second runner-up. This years pageant was held at Barvikha Luxury Village in Moscow. A total of 50 contestants vied for the prestigious crown.
