There is no rule for Bb.Pilipinas that previous candidate can’t join again,You know in Venezuela women will join as far of 10 times after they get the major crown,We should support them for their determination and hardwork to get the major crowns,I know we’ve different favorites but they only carry one sash to represent our beloved land Philippines.
