A 22-year-old beauty from Hope Valley was crowned Miss England 2017, beating 49 other contestants for the chance to represent the country in the international arena.
Stephanie Hill will compete at the 2017 Miss World finals in November in China.
Hill, who plans to study oncology after completing her degree in radiotherapy, wowed the judges when she shared her dreams of curing cancer.
Rachel Pitman placed first runner-up while Olivia Green finished second runner-up. Completing the Top 5 were Cheraleigh Van Zaten and Jodie Duckworth.
