In a spectacular three-hour show, Anindya Kusuma Putri (22) representing Jawa Tengah emerged victorious at the Puteri Indonesia 2015 pageant, held in Jakarta Friday night. She is automatically declared as Miss Universe Indonesia, and will represent the world’s largest archipelago in the 64th Miss Universe Beauty Pageant. 1st Runner-up is Chintya Fabyola (20) who is expected to represent Indonesia in Miss International 2015 to be held in Tokyo, Japan on November 5th. The 2nd Runner-up or Miss Supranational Indonesia is 19-year-old Gresya Amanda Maaliwuga.
During the coronation night, The organization paid tribute to the amazing grand slam feat of Indonesia in international pageantry, where all of their Top 3 winners last year swept the Best National Costume award in their respective international pageant. One of the major highlights of the pageant is the presence of the reigning Miss Universe, Paulina Vega of Colombia, who looked dazzling in her kebaya.
