Miss Universe 4th runner Kaci Fennel of Jamaica is currently in Trinidad and Tobago for the annual carnival festivities and the classy beauty sparked some controversies. The online chatter lit like wildfire when Kaci posted her skimpy costume – a standard fare at carnivals – online. The fans derided the costume as cheap and is barely decent. Kaci’s defenders on the other hand commented that the costume is simply following the tradition of most carnivals and that there is nothing wrong with it.
