Sicily’s Viviana Vizzini was crowned Miss Universe Italy 2020 in a special ceremony held December 21.

The 27-year-old model and philanthropist from Nyssa edged out 35 other candidates for the title and the right to represent the European nation in the next edition of the Miss Universe competition.

Vizzini has a degree in accountancy and speaks Italian, Spanish and English. She began modelling at the age of 16, quickly establishing herself in the world of fashion, traveling and discovering cultures from all over the world.
