Miss Earth-Water Punika “Polly” Kulsoontornrut was spotted recently during the World Maritime Day celebration in Phuket. Polly was invited by Thailand’s Department of Maritime and Coastal Resources to grace the event. After all, as Miss Earth-Water, she has the duty to protect the oceans, rivers and all waters of Mother Earth.
