Danika Atchia, 17 years of age and 5’7″ tall, won the Miss Mauritius 2015 title in a pageant held in Clud Med La Plantation, Albion on June 27. Danika succeeded Kushboo Ramnawaj. Danika will compete on the next edition of Miss Universe in a yet to be announced location.
The first runner-up of the pageant is Véronique Allas, a 19 year old and 5’7″ tall beauty from Rodrigues. She will represent Mauritius at Miss World 2015 pageant which will be held in Sanya, China on December 19.
The second runner-up is Navisha Doolub who is 20 years of age and stands 5’11”. She will compete at the Miss International 2015 pageant on November 5.

I wonder who wrote this article which is so inaccurate and erroneous. Danika Atchia will compete in Miss Universe 2016. Veronique Allas is the Miss Mauritius World 2015/2016 and she will compete in Miss World 2016. Manjusha Faugoo is the Miss Mauritius International 2015/2016 and she will compete in Miss International 2016. For this year, Kushboo Ramnawaj will compete in Miss Universe 2015, Aurelia Begue will compete in Miss World 2015 and Anoushka Ah Keng will compete in Miss International 2015. The author of this article seriously needs to get his facts right! From a Mauritian fan!
