BPCI statement for your perusal: All the winners of the Bb. Pilipinas 2015 pageant will keep their respective and original titles. Contrary to speculations, there will be no switching of titles following questions about the crowning of Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental Christi Lynn Mcgarry. Mcgarry is still eligible to compete in the Miss Intercontinental 2015 pageant. Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Rogelie Catacutan will also compete in the Miss Supranational 2015 pageant.

  1. Seriously?

Now that will be a first – a former contestant who already ended up in the top 10 competing again in the same international pageant 5 years later. Dunno if it has been allowed before.

At any rate, we wish you all the best on this endeavor, Christi Lynn Mcgarry.

  2. Recycled contestants: Only in the Philippines!
And then they scream when their delegates are labelled as ‘cooked’ when they simmer for years and years and years and years…!
I wonder if young women in the country see pageants as the only way to a better life and thus keep applying over and over until they’re not allowed anymore…

      • Joshie and Muniandy. you must check your respective candidates first before giving any comment regarding Filipina winners. Joshie, check Natalie Glebova’s(Miss Universe 2005) journey, she was I think 2nd or 3rd runner-up during Miss Universe 2004 Canada Pageant before she again joined the next edition and ultimately claimed Canada Universe title. Was she a recycled beauty then? The answer is NO! It depends upon the National Director to whether allow or not allow a previous contestant to join a losing candidate to the next edition of their pageant. In Colombia, you can join as many times as you want, provided you are confined into your own department–i.e. Bogota, Bolivar, Atlantico–and can not move to any other states/provinces. Here, the BB Pilipinas charities has allowed Pia and other candidates to compete for not more than three times. And to you Muniandy, you must be saying that Miss USA’s are also living in fantasy, so do for Miss Venezuelans. You must be an uptown girl, or boy next door.

      • Muniandy, i bet you are so in pain each time you look at yourself in the mirror. piece of advice! be happy and don’t live in a bitter life

        • i am content with my life…i live in a real world not some make-believe one…so save your advice for your fellow fillipinos coz i heard they really need some reality checks!!

          • LOL..so many haters here but its ok…everybody knows Filipinos are the best fans in the world and we will support our candidate. You live in a “real world” and all you do is spread hate. Sorry that you have to live your lives in jealously and bitterness.
