Quotable Quote

"...people need to know about the word share – share the responsibilities for us to create a better earth..."
-Miss Brazil Drielly Bennettone during the final Q&A
Best in Swimsuit is Miss Czech Republic Sarka Cojocarova. She truly deserved her Best in Swimsuit award for her shapely figure, great catwalk and a face that could launch a thousand rockets. Hands down this goddess is the best and she ruled the pre-finals swimsuit competition with ease. But, she failed to make it to the semis berth.

Worst in Swimsuit is Miss Philippines Athena Mae Imperial. She has a short height, her body lacks definition and she has just this plain straight figure. But she made it to the semis and hurdled the swimsuit round with ease [gasp!].

Best in Gown is Miss Colombia Andrea DeVivo. This masterpiece is just sexy and it is cleverly mixed with elegance. Something naughty yet done in good taste.

Everyone meet the Bjork of Miss Earth. This time there are no dead swans. The ballerina style with ruffles all over the place....it's difficult and painful to describe the gown of Miss Turkey Merve Saribas. Let's say it is the Worst Gown in the pageant.

Miss Philippines Athena Mae Imperial's T'nalak inspired costume truly reflects the indigenous culture of the Philippines. The rich red color, unique headdress and tribal pattens complement the whole creation. And that should be the musical instrument kudyapi that she is holding?

Miss Madagascar Volamiandoha Ratsimiahotrarivo chose a very plain costume. Actually she could chose a better one considering the richness of Madagascan culture.
