Irene Esser

The “new” photos of Miss Universe Venezuela Irene Esser received many positive comments. Unfortunately, some critics are very negative. The most prominent negative comment is that Irene is a “plastic” beauty.

Many beauty critics find it easy to describe Venezuelan queens as “plastic”. The artificial way to enhance beauty is not only true in Venezuela. It is also true in many other countries.  Miss Universe had contestants from Brazil, Colombia and even United States that underwent plastic surgeries.

Also, people are more focused on the issue about the physical aspect of being plastic. What about being “plastic” inside? This is about people who act different from the way they think. This is about people who pretend to be someone that they are not. This is the more dangerous type of being a “plastic” beauty.

Irene Esser is a genuine beauty, a beauty with a heart and dedication. She put so much effort to be ready to the Miss Universe contest. She worked hard and she deserved to be recognized. Some people don’t get that. That is why they settled to calling Irene as “plastic”.
