As it seems all arrows are now pointing towards the victory of Miss Thailand Waratthaya Wongchayaporn at Miss Earth 2012. And here are some of the reasons why: she's sexy, beautiful, intelligent, and elegant. She is from Songkhla Province in south of Thailand. Her advocacy is to clean the rivers of Thailand because she strongly believes water is a source of life. Here's a curious fact: she didn't wear any footwear during the National Costume presentation because she needs to dance while wearing her costume. A traditional dance step that requires one to be barefooted is part of her costume.
Our correspondents noted that she is a strong favorite in almost any event. She placed second to the host delegate in a press presentation contest called "Darlings of the Press". She placed second in Group 3 gown competition, placed third in resorts wear contest, and placed second in the Photogenic contest.
All of these means that she is getting closer to the crown. Can Thailand really win the Miss Earth crown this year?
