After winning the crown in 2010 and being left outside the semis in 2011, Mexico is wondering what is next for them. The truth is, Mexico is not being consistent, not on the quality of its delegates, but rather on their placement at the pageant. Karina Gonzalez has everything that we are looking for a Miss Universe. She is tall, sexy and beautiful. On top of that she has this oozing confidence and that looks that could launch a thousand ships. But Miss Universe is a puzzle for Mexicans where many of their top class candidates where left in the cold. It means one thing – Karina will always have a 50-50 chance for the semis.

Pues yo no la veo bella. Esta chica sin maguillaje, sin vestido fashion y sin peinarse pues esta entre comun et fea. No hay que negar en que varias fotos y sobretodo en las oficiales se ve expectacular, pero hay que agregar el factor fotoshop y todos los trucos de belleza que esconden todas sus impefecciones. Y para mi una reina de belleza, tiene que ser bella con o sin maquillaje, este ultimo tiene que servir a poner en relevancia la belleza unicamente. Con esta chica, Mexico esta diciendo desde ya que solo va como participante, pero no para hacer la lucha, ella solo va ha hacer acto de presencia. Lo mas que puede hacer es disfrutar su estancia en Las Vegas

She is spectacular, her face is not the tipical miss Barbie beauty, her beauty is more like sex simbol as Rachel Welch, she is smart, and she is prepare to fight the crown, I love her, I think we gonna hear miss Mexico very often in las vegas.
Esta chica es bellisima y quien no lo vea esta ciego claro que todos tenemos gustos diferentes pero el que la conoce en persona dice que las fotos no le hacen justicia que es bellisima y con una megapersonalidad, el comentario negativo de dav obedece a otros sentimientos muy de e por supuesto pero no estan acordes a la realidad, Karina es bellisima y es inteligentisima.

Esta mujer está bien fea, la verdad no sé ni como ganó, este año México pasará sin pena ni gloria porque no se le ve ninguna posibilidad a esta pobre de que pase algo, por amor de Dios, vayan a Monterrey, Guadalajara, Sinaloa, hay muchas ciudades donde abunda la belleza, de verdad no se entiende que parámetros siguieron para elegir a esta deschistada mujer, solo que este “arreglado” como todo en México
She’s gorgeous, however she hasn’t taken advantage of what she has of her best: her smile. I’ve seen her on some videos, and when she’s on the runway mouth closed, she looks like a next door girl. Things change radically when she smiles while walks, she becomes illuminated, stunning, amazing…. I hope she knows it and keeps on smiling in the crucial moments.
