Without any doubt, Marie Payet will continue to sustain the good run of France at Miss Universe. There is a great need for her however to get past the Top 10 and go for the Top 5 which I think she can easily deliver. I love the shape of her face and her eyes are just delectable. Marie Payet may just be a replacement to the original winner, but she can prove that her exotic looks can be a real advantage in the MU stage. She not your conventional Miss France and being from the wonderful island of Reunion speaks in volume how exotic Marie is.
I think a semifinals placement is guaranteed with Marie. I just hope she will advance further. Of course she is my sentimental favorite. France last won the crown way back in 1953 and since then they just hold on to one crown. The series of spectacular candidates that they had since 2009 means that momentum is on France’s side. Wouldn’t it be lovely indeed to see France winning the crown this time?
