Miss Universe 2008 Best and Worst

SWIMSUITS

Miss Mexico Elisa Najera consistently showed her great form that won admiration of the general public throughout the Miss Universe 2008 contest. Meanwhile, Yvette Nsiah, Miss Ghana 2008, made a wrong choice by using a one-piece swimsuit making her look fluffy. Yvette should be great in a two-piece. .
EVENING GOWNS

Miss Colombia Taliana Vargas may not be wearing the very best gown design-wise that is, but the way she twirled it shows a perfect tandem of the gown and its wearer. On the other hand, consider this: Một độc giả Missosology bình luận: "Một thảm hoạ thời trang!". Says an online Vietnamese newspaper on Miss Slovak Republic Sanda Manakova's gown. Translation - A Missosology reader commented, "A fashion catastrophe!" We all agreed! But who was the reader? Please come forward and be identified.
NATIONAL COSTUMES

Miss Thailand Gavintra Photijak truly deserves to win the Best in National Costume Award. Her fighter theme truly reflects the Thai culture and gave a truly feminine Gavintra a wee bit dose of testosterone. And seriously speaking, please give Miss Italy Claudia Ferraris some budget for the national costume. Representing a country with very rich history and amazing culture, she managed to disgrace it by choosing this highly irrelevant - save for the flag - and despicable wardrobe.
INTERVIEW

"...men think that the faster way to go to a point is to go straight. Women, no. The faster way to go to a point is to go through curves and fixing every curve."
Miss Dayana Mendoza on the question on whether which have it easier, men or women
