It's massive, awe-inspiring, a wonder and it's not the Great Wall of China. Instead, it is the gargantuan Miss World 2012 stage where its sheer size and make one's jaw drop. It is not the largest stage in the world but it is the largest in Miss World history. The lights are fascinating, the audience seating is more like for Olympics opening and the design will simply take your breath away. Ordos prepared well for the pageant as it braces for the world attention. They simply want to show their best to the world.

Now check this out! The 2012 venue, the Dongsheng National Fitness Center Stadium, 50-meter high and 320-meter wide construction, with a seating capacity of 50,000. Now shouldn't this be the biggest stage yet?

In comparison, last year's stage was a bit modest. Consisting of leaf like structure the stage was inside the Earls Court Exhibition Centre (above) which can house up to 19, 000 audience. Meanwhile in 2010, Miss World was staged at Crown of Beauty Theatre, Sanya (below) with a capacity of just 3, 500.
