Vaumara Rebelo, 21 years old, of Luanda won the Miss Universe Angola pageant held in December 21. Vaumara who stands 5'10" will compete for the Miss Universe 2013 title in a yet to be disclosed venue.
Angola has been consistent in sending delegates at Miss Universe pageant since 1998. In 2003, 2004 and in 2007, Angola penetrated the semis of Miss Universe and in 2011 it won the crown through Leila Lopes.
