Hafa Adai everyone! And in case you are wondering, that's the way the Guamanians say Mabuhay! or Ola! This tiny American territory in the Pacific may elude some of the geographically challenged readers, but this place is full of zest and just recently, a lot of forward thinking. That's because other countries may be struggling with the drastic changes of beauty pageant schedule, Guam decided to select its Miss Earth representative for 2012 and 2013 simultaneously!
The 2012 representative is the beautiful Sara Borja Filush (above) while the 2013 representative is Katarina Martinez (below)
And guess who is the special visitor on this typhoon prone island? Miss Earth 2011 Olga Alava of course! Now have you heard of Miss Supra-whatever or Miss Tourism ek-ek touring the world to crown the national winners? Of course not! From Guam, Afa Adai!
