DetikHot news in Indonesia has confirmed what beauty pageant fans knew all along. Miss Earth 2012 will be in Bali Indonesia and the finals night is slated this October 28. Adinda Edvinari, P.R. officer of the local Miss Earth franchise,confirmed with the local online news that Bali for the first time will play host to an international beauty pageant. The island is also slated to host the 2013 Miss World contest.
Even more interesting is that they are planning to have Taylor Swift and Bon Jovi to perform at the pageant. This will indeed create a lot of buzz but as of the press time, it remains as a plan with no confirmation yet from the Miss Earth itself. If it will be pushed true, this would not just be a slap to the Miss Earth doubters. This time around, it will be a kick in the butt.
