In the interview Nicole revealed that she visited more than 10 countries during her reign participating in various activities from tree planting in Finland, saving tigers in India and visiting flood victims in Thailand. Nicole also revealed that she loves Thai food and in her native Bangalore, the best Thai curry for her is at Shiro Restaurant at Lavelle Road.
