Who is Anjeza Maja and what is the country she is representing? Well, Anjeza was one of the 34 women who competed for the Miss Albania 2001 title that went alongside with Mister Albania 2001 contest. Anjeza is one of the strong delegates in the said pageant, however it was Anisa Kospiri who grabbed the title. Anisa eventually landed in the top ten semi-finalists at the Miss Universe 2002.

Anjeza on the other hand, went on to search her own place in the world. She headed for a London-based pageant called Miss Bikini World. Although the title was grabbed by Miss Moldavia Marianna Moraru, Anjeza was one of the big winners bagging the Miss Teen Bikini World 2001 title.

That is why Anjeza's Miss Earth stint should be just another exposure for her. She is one of the spectacular delegates and many had an eye on her for being beautiful and gorgeous. Anjeza failed to make it to the top ten and it was indeed a loss. She could be a charming semi-finalist onstage.

Miss Earth 2002 is indeed a hotly contested pageant and it is extremely difficult to say who's going to make it or not. It was unlike last year where we able to correctly guess 8 out of ten finalists. This year we only bagged half of the top ten. Anjeza well in fact was only ranked 9th in our predictions. It was the sexy Miss Czech Republic that we were rooting for. However, after the review of each delegates past records, we felt it is Anjeza that we feel we missed most at the final contest. Had she been there we could have seen why she was named as Miss Teen Bikini World!

After her Miss Earth stint, Anjeza went to Miss World 2002 where is made good impression for being a dead ringer of Miss Universe 1994 Sushmita Sen of India. She, however, failed to make it to the top twenty. After Miss World, she again represented her country at Miss Europe Pageant and again failed to make it to the list.
