Insights
the strong (close) clustering of the higher points to the left ( Ranks <50) empahsise that the Top 50 countries did reasonably well. Similar strong clustering was also seen from ranks >50 to rank<100, signifying an emergence of new countries that may challenge the top tier countries. Recall, how China being poorly ranked in the Big 4 had a much higher mean average placement over the last decade than any of the Top 20 Big 4 countries. Approximately 20 of the Top 50 countries had a mean score of approximately ~100.
